We charge $200 per hour for assessment and therapy services provided by Dr. Mallory. A full intake assessment is typically four hours (two hour interview, two-hour report) for a total of $800. Progress reports are provided as requested by the rehabilitation professional, typically every four to six sessions depending on the total number of sessions funded. These are billed at $200 per hour for 30 minutes to one hour, depending on the length and complexity of the report.

Dr. Mallory can provide an IME assessment. This is longer and more complex, and for that reason it is billed at $225 per hour. Depending on the assessment questions and the amount of information to be covered, this type of assessment can take 20 hours or more. Typically, a lengthy interview, psychological testing, and review of information such as the client's medical notes, workplace records or other information take place. The report will include a full review of information gathered, diagnosis if requested, and recommendations to respond to the referral questions. Please note that an IME cannot be ethically completed by the treating therapist as it is not considered to be objective.
